Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am so grateful that you have landed here and feel that we are supposed to work together! To get started, you can schedule a 15-minute call or fill out the form here to set up an initial consultation to see what your needs are. From there, we can set up our first appointment!

  • I integrate evidence-based, clinically sound approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Emotion-Focused, and Solution-Focused therapies. These modalities are thoughtfully paired with biblical principles of the Christian faith, creating a holistic path toward healing and restoration.

I also recognize the deep human need to be seen, believed in, and genuinely connected. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative—moving beyond the traditional client-therapist divide to cultivate a safe, dynamic space where trust can grow, healing can unfold, and meaningful transformation can take place.

  • Absolutely. Many of my clients are new believers who feel hungry for growth, have questions, or are unsure of what comes next in their walk with God. It’s common to desire support, direction, and a safe place to process this new season of faith.

I also recognize that many people are seeking the kind of growth, healing, and guidance they may have once looked for solely in church settings. My role is not to replace pastoral care, but to offer clinically grounded, faith-integrated support that helps you address emotional, relational, and spiritual areas of concern.

Together, we can explore practical next steps, and help you become rooted and equipped in your faith journey, understanding what it means to be disciples of Jesus!

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. Sessions are designed to help you experience meaningful breakthrough in the areas where you most need support, direction, and freedom. I believe healing, growth, and transformation are available to you—and that God deeply desires wholeness for every part of your life.

My style is authentic, relational, and organic. While I use clinically grounded tools and therapeutic guidance, I also remain attentive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, who often reveals connections, timing, and deeper layers of healing in ways we could not orchestrate on our own.

At the same time, you never need to arrive “ready” or have it all figured out. We begin where you are, move at a pace that feels safe, and work together toward lasting change.
