Individual Therapy
Individual sessions provide a Spirit-led, clinically grounded space for healing, growth, and restoration. Together, we will address past wounds, renew limiting thought patterns, and create practical steps toward greater freedom, clarity and identity.

Covenant Therapy
The Lord is heavily at work in marriage in 2026, restoring order and alignment with His original design, restoring the heart of family as two become one regardless of where it feels your marriage is at. He IS at work in this presently. I teach husbands and wives how to discern and align with this call to see Father God’s heart expressed through the ministry of home birthed through marriages that will choose to become one.
Covenant therapy offers a sacred, Spirit-led space to restore trust, strengthen connection, and align your marriage with God’s original design. Through practical tools, evidence-based techniques, and personalized guidance, couples will grow in communication, intimacy, and unity—building a relationship marked by peace, purpose, and lasting legacy.

Clinical Consultation
The Holy Spirit is waiting to be released into the field of mental health through you. People are now coming to therapists to confess, find answers and be discipled in ways God meant for the Church but we are the church. I am here to equip you in how to partner with the Holy Spirit in the secular industry of mental health. I believe if you’re here than your heart already burns with a conviction to see clients encounter the Healer. I teach clinicians how to express the heart of God when everything is trying to drive you back into the ‘ministry only’ box, but this IS your ministry. You were made to forerun for such a time as this in THIS field to see Heaven move on earth. This is for the one that burns to see clients encounter God in session, but is struggling with how to do that.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision offers a supportive, trauma-informed space for clinicians pursuing licensure and professional growth, especially students learning to integrate faith and honor their personal values within ethical clinical practice. Through collaborative guidance, clinical insight, and faith integration when desired, supervision helps you build confidence, process challenges, strengthen ethical practice, and grow into a grounded, sustainable clinician.

Spiritual Direction + Restorative Prayer
Inner Healing and Spiritual Direction is typically interwoven into clinical sessions, but I also offer a space set apart to encounter God’s presence, hear His voice, and receive healing, wisdom, and guidance. Through prayerful reflection and direct communion with the Holy Spirit, you’ll grow in intimacy with God, discover His healing for wounded places, and discern where He is leading you.
BEST FOR: Deepening intimacy with God + hearing His voice, healing emotional wounds, clarity + direction, equipping for this time.

Sessions are $200 for Individual Therapy and $275 for Marriage Therapy. If you feel we may be a good fit but cost is a concern, please reach out to discuss options. If you feel you are supposed to be here, I want to honor that. Some insurance plans are accepted.
