My life began with a deep curiosity about human brokenness and a conviction that hope is real and healing is possible. That curiosity led me on a lifelong pursuit of answers. For years, I walked out my own journey of trying to make sense of my thoughts and emotions or numbing them, until I encountered the love of God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. For the first time, my thoughts and emotions began to make sense and have purpose so much bigger than myself and I found security as a daughter of God. I believe one of the greatest gifts I can offer is my testimony of what Jesus has done in my life, with the hope that it leads you deeper into God’s love for you.

Now I use my own journey of healing and deliverance and professional experience in mental health and ministry to facilitate a space where men and women can encounter the heart of God and find healing and be equipped to step into who they are set apart to be in this time.
