MY BACKGROUND
My journey into therapy and mental and emotional healing began with a natural curiosity about human brokenness and a deep conviction that hope is real and healing is possible. This led me on a lifelong pursuit to seek out answers. Over the years, I’ve combined my professional training with personal experience to create a dynamic space where women can explore their stories, heal, and grow as God’s daughters.

MY HEART
As an emotionally-charged individual, I spent most of my life either trying to make sense of or numbing my thoughts and emotions until I learned how to hear and see God’s presence where everything clicked and I finally felt secure as His daughter. For the first time, my thoughts and emotions started making sense and they had purpose. I believe one of the greatest gifts I could ever give you is the testimony of what Jesus has done in my life with hope that it will lead you deeper into God’s love for you.
My practice isn’t for everyone, but it is for the desperate, the “crazy” or “sensitive” feelers, complex thinkers and the ones burnt out on religion. I love seeing people encounter freedom the moment they hear God’s voice. I love seeing eyes opened to how He is actively loving us. Are you ready to let Him love you and watch what only He can do?
Personal Side
I absolutely love the ocean - the salty air, sun-kissed skin, and the presence of peace at dawn. I grew up looking forward to family beach trips, and now I’m married to a surfer, my beloved husband, who I now get to enjoy it with.
I’ve been on a long journey of understnaidng the art and ministry of home and am deeply devoted to this—creating a space filled with rest and life that makes room both internally and externally for God’s presence to dwell.
